reisei.store is an independent boutique retailer dedicated to sourcing and delivering authentic products directly from the Japanese domestic market (JDM). Please note that:

  • We operate as an independent reseller and are not an authorized distributor, agent, or affiliate of the manufacturers or brand owners featured on this website.

  • All trademarks, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this website is solely for descriptive purposes to identify the origin and authenticity of the genuine products being sold, and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by the trademark holders.

2. Product Origin and Standards

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • Japanese Market Edition: The products are manufactured for the Japanese market and comply with Japanese regulatory standards. These may differ from U.S. (FDA) or other international standards regarding formulation, concentration of ingredients, and packaging.

  • Labeling: Packaging and instructions are provided in Japanese. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions in English on our website, the Customer is responsible for ensuring they understand the product's use and ingredients.

3. Health and Safety Disclaimer

  • FDA Notice: These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Allergy and Patch Test: It is the Customer's sole responsibility to review the ingredient list for potential allergens. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before regular use. reisei.store is not liable for any adverse reactions or sensitivities.

4. Shipping and Customer Responsibility

  • Importer of Record: For all shipments from Japan, the Customer acts as the "Importer of Record". The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the product complies with local import laws and regulations.

  • Customs and Duties: Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

  • Personal Use: By purchasing, the Customer certifies that these items are for personal use only and are not intended for unauthorized commercial resale.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, reisei.store provides all products "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the item in question.

 

6. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of personal care products and the complexities of international logistics, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns based on allergic reactions or misunderstandings of Japanese labeling, as these risks are disclosed to the Customer prior to purchase.
