Reshipment & Refund

At reisei.store we do our best to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. We work only with trusted suppliers, ship fresh products, include ingredient lists in English (INCI), and store all items under proper conditions.

That said, international shipping can sometimes come with unexpected issues. If your order arrives in poor condition or does not reach you, we can offer a reshipment or a refund upon request. Please see the details below.

 

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Occasional delivery delays may happen due to factors beyond our control. While we cannot always influence delivery times, we always take responsibility if an order is not delivered.

To keep things clear and fair, we have set a maximum delivery timeframe of 60 days. If this period is exceeded, the order is considered lost, and we will offer compensation in the form of a refund, reshipment, or store credit.

Eligible Orders

An order is eligible for a reshipment, refund, or store credit if:

  • The products were damaged during transit.
  • The parcel has been in transit for more than 60 days.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept claims.

 

NON-Eligible Orders

Your order is NOT eligible for refund or reshipment if:

  • The product did not meet your expectations or did not provide the desired effect.
    Skincare effects are highly individual and depend on many factors, including skin type and condition.

  • You experienced an allergic reaction or sensitivity to the product.
    Individual reactions to cosmetic ingredients may vary. If you have known sensitivities or develop a reaction, we strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before use. Such cases are not eligible for refund or reshipment.

  • The parcel was not collected / Incorrect shipping address was provided.
    Unfortunately, unclaimed parcels that are not returned to us cannot be recovered.
    If the parcel is returned to us, reshipment may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • The parcel was returned to us damaged.
    Returned items that arrive damaged or unusable cannot be refunded or reshipped.

  • Tracking shows the order as delivered, but the package was not received.
    If the tracking status confirms delivery, responsibility for locating the parcel lies with the local postal service. We recommend contacting them directly for further clarification.

 

How Do We Process Reshipment / Refund?

Upon your request, we can offer one of the following options:

  • Refund via PayPal if the original payment was made via PayPal.
  • Refund in USDT/USDC for bank transfer payments to speed up processing and reduce fees.
  • Store credit that can be used for future purchases.
  • Order reshipment, if applicable.

Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days.

Reshipments are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Reshipment may be delayed if the items you have ordered are not currently available.
