Where do we ship to?

Short answer: Almost everywhere! 

Long answer: We mostly ship our products to the US, but worldwide delivery is available. Moreover, for all orders over $100, the shipping is free!

• What happens after I pay for my order?
  On business days, your order gets a tracking number assigned within 24-48 hours of being marked as paid. You’ll also receive an email with the tracking information.
  
  
• What if I did not find my country in the list above?
  If your country isn’t there, it means that we have little shipping experience with that destination. We can still ship your order upon your request. For delivery terms for such destinations please contact us at contact@reisei.store. We kindly ask you to note that we cannot offer our Reshipment & Refund guarantees in case you choose to order to such a destination.
  
  
• Do you guarantee that I will receive my order?

• Customs and Taxes
  The customs of your country reserve the right to hold your products for inspection.
  Please note that any customs fees incurred during the shipping process are the responsibility of the customer. Our store does not cover or reimburse these charges. We understand that this can be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
